To update credit card information call us at (410) 921-6760 and we can either send you a secure link or you can share your credit card information over the phone.
Note: PLEASE DON’T EMAIL US YOUR CARD NUMBER. AND NEVER, EVER PUT A CARD NUMBER INTO PLAIN TEXT.
If for any reason (expired card, cancelled card, lost or stolen card, etc.), your payments fail, we will send you reminder emails to update. You will receive three emails with a personal link. This link is secure and takes you to a page that looks like this:
Note: IF THE PAGE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, IMMEDIATELY LEAVE PAGE.
One weird situation where your payments won’t fail is if your credit card company updates for you. If your physical card is replaced (even if that results in a new number) because of a loss or destroyed card, sometimes your company just automatically send the new number to every vendor that you had already authorized.
